An item will be securely packaged before it is despatched. For delivery within the UK, Items up to 61cmx46cm will be shipped first class by Royal Mail. Anything larger than that will be shipped by Parcelforce. If shipping is required outside the UK, please contact me.

Items will be packaged and despatched as quickly as possible from the point at which an order is received. Both Royal Mail and Parcelforce items should arrive within two or three days. A signature is required by the recipient upon delivery of either Royal Mail or Parcelforce items, providing an extra level of reassurance for customers. Parcelforce also provides tracking, so customers can monitor the progress of a delivery.

Yes. Items can be returned within 14 business days of a customer receiving their order.

Yes, unless the reason is because an item arrived damaged. Please contact me first if this is the case.
